I offer therapeutic coaching sessions with optional workbooks whether it is life, wellbeing, creative living or starting again. I’d love to work with you!
Sometimes a membership isn't quite enough. If you're at a crossroads, feeling stuck in a pattern you can't shake, or going through a significant change in your life, therapeutic coaching offers a private, tailored space to work through it with me directly.
Sessions draw on the same therapeutic approaches as my writing, and can be combined with workbooks for extra structure. This is a good fit if you want something more personalised than a course, but aren't ready for full-time therapy.
