My History:
I use my 16 years experience of working as a counsellor and psychotherapist with a range of clients in my coaching work. I have a Prof. Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and an MSc in Contemporary Gestalt Psychotherapy (humanistic). I also trained to work with couples and teens.
12 years running a creative business as a silversmith.
2 years mentoring small creative business owners.
5 years writing courses, 2 Substacks, therapeutic workbooks and personal growth tools.
20 years as a mother, my greatest challenge!
What I love most is helping women become happier in themselves and their lives.
